FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN
SOMEONE ONCE QUOTED: The fear of misfortune is often greater than misfortune itself
This simply means that you getting scared or having the fear of something might actually make it happen.
At times, we inhabit the fear of what may seem to be unrealistic. We fear illusions and practical example is you having the courage and strong mind of walking freely at daytime from the hours of 6am-11pm but your mindset had pinned the fact that from 12am through 3am are for forces of the darkness to work (for my spiritual brothers and sisters ☺️) so no circumstances should make you be out at that time.
Apparently, no one is disputing that fact because it's always good to be safe but my point here is whatever can run through the midnight can as well run through the day time.
For some people, as long as electricity power is off at night and darkness shows forth "Gbam" π, something has happened to them because no be them go follow you stay one minute in there with no light not even when they start to hear strange sounds or moves in the house, not minding to know if it's a move initiated by a cockroach or a ratπ.
Some can't sleep putting off the light, not because light initiates their sleep from nowhere but for the fact that they believe anything can happen to them in the dark. Though may be true but sounds odd and people of this category might as well have better valid reasons.
Some might be in terms of their finances/businesses. The fear of not getting broke which makes them end up investing in wrong investments or schemes that might end up in havoc and shatter the finance life they've been trying so hard to save π
Some may be based on marital life. I think this is even a strong topic for another post. Basically for the youths or let's say Adults generally (because of the divorcee). The fear of seeing people's marriages around shattered and ending up in havoc had put an halt on some people's plans of getting settled with a partner for marriage while some possess the fear based on their past relationships. Hmmm, so sad π because these past occurrences tends to taunt some people or even get them traumatized.
Understandable, that our level and appetite of being strong differs but most times, because of these fears we occupied our minds with, we tends to put ourselves in dangers that are not meant to happen in the first place. So, rather than getting scared or harbouring the spirit of fear, take steps to controlling the situation you find yourself or may find yourself before the situation itself occurs.
